Nestle offers a full time job opportunity to work as a field sales representative in Khobar, Saudi Arabia for the holders of bachelor’s degree in business or any related field who have an experience from 1 to 2 years in the field of sales. You will work on achieving sales targets by maximizing growth opportunities per category. To achieve that, you are required to build and maintain long term client relations. So if you are a people person and enjoy hitting the road, this job may be suitable for you because, you’ll spend most of your working day in the field as you will be the main point of contact between Nestlé and its’ clients.

Eligibility:

You must:

  • Have good English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Be persistent and reliable.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Be confident and enthusiastic.
  • Be customer oriented.
  • Have organization skills.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  1. The achievement of sales volumes by category.
  2. Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract.
  3. Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products.
  4. Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management.
  5. Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in store.
  6. Ensure correct product handling on shelf as per company policy and follow up with merchandisers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy.
  8. Ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with Nestlé set payment terms.
  9. Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms.
