TASC offers a job opportunity in UAE as a legal advisor for 12 months. If you are accepted at this job, You will provide legal consultations, preparing studies and reports in line with the requirements of the general manager, board of directors, councils and internal committees, and dealing professionally with the time pressures to provide observations and consultations. You will also do a review and preparation of legal documents and contracts and ensure that all procedures are implemented within legal standards.

Eligibility:

You must be very good at both of Arabic and English.

Your Responsibilities:

If you are accepted at this job, You will:

Provide feedback and give legal feedback on government proposals and the executive council.
Check periodically on the various sectors, businesses, and standards to ensure that it complies with the applicable laws and regulations.
Provide detailed advice on all legal documents including contracts, agreements, requests for proposals and clauses Legal.
Oversee the process of preserving and archiving local and global laws and regulations that can be relied upon during the preparation or updating of laws and room systems.
Propose amendments to the chamber's law in accordance with the directives of the director general, amend and inform the sectors and departments concerned with the amendments and provide legal advice on any of the matters related to these changes.
Delegate and monitor external studies and research on the strategy.
Coordination with external contractors and consultants to prepare studies and research required.
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on the implications of internal subsidiary laws and policies on laws.
Deal with the legal matters such as contracts, collection of late amounts, disciplinary matters, and consideration of appointing external consultants. this includes attorneys, accountants and others who are used in the room.
Prepare a database that includes all the documents on all the legal issues and the legal results issued by these issues.
Attend the meetings of the investment and risk management committee, the procurement committee and all the committees emanating from the board of directors and presenting
Adherence to the environmental, health and safety laws and standards.
Perform any other duties as mandated by the line manager.
