Aramex is looking for a global segment senior manager in UAE who will be responsible for developing the business of the segment through sales management and maintenance of key relationships with high value customers for global key accounts.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field.
  • Proficiency in MS office like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience, preferably in transport or express shipping.
  • Understanding of and experience in regulated market & quality sensitive industries like pharma.
  • Experience with the incubation and growth of niche verticals as well as management of a sales team are additional assets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus, business acumen and analytical skills.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  1. Identify, develop and maintain the relationship with a defined number of global key accounts (customers and prospects) in a particular segment through networking with the decision makers and understanding business challenges and opportunities.
  2. Drive a high level of customer satisfaction through engaging key stakeholders across the network.
  3. Manage team of global and regional key account managers responsible for the growth of sales within the segment.
  4. Track and analyze segment’s performance to support the development of new proposals to customers and prospects leading to increased revenue growth.
  5. Contribute to the commercial strategy development to maintain, protect, improve and grow segment sales and revenue.
