Aramex offers a job opportunity in Egypt to work as an area sales executive in Delta, Egypt for bachelor degree holders.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • English language fluency. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Innovation skills.
  • From 0 to 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor degree. 
  • For non Egyptians, You must have self provided work permits. 
  • A car
  • It's preferable to be Mansoura residence.

Your Responsibilities: 

 You will be responsible of:

  1. Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers.
  2. Gain new customers.
  3. Coordinate with operations and CS to satisfy customers’ needs.
  4. Report competitor’s activities to the sales manager.
  5. Ensure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts).
  6. Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies.
  7. Report any information that might impact company image, brand or functioning.
  8. Fulfill the customer’s needs and ensure high quality of service delivery.
  9. Visit customers in their assigned geographical areas.
  10. Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers.
  11. Keep record of customer visits and update the CRM system regularly.
  12. Gain new business.
  13. Prepare proposal and quotations to customers.
  14. Promote Aramex service to customers.
  15. Promote the use of e-tools.
  16. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system.
  17. Create and update regularly a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients.
  18. Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time.
  19. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability.
  20. Achieve set targets and productivity KPIs.
  21. Achieve ACP targets where applicable.
  22. Generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
  23. Generate revenue from cross selling and upselling.
  24. Ensure that overdue collections and problematic cases are resolved with the customers in a timely manner.
