Aramex offers a job opportunity in Jordan to work as an ERP functional executive for the holders of bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or any relevant field.

Eligibility:

You must have:

Good communication skills.
Excellent command of English.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Team spirit.
Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or any relevant field.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

Communication of project delivery progress, to ensure all stakeholders are aware of status and ensuring delivery on time.
Assist liaise and coordinate SAP and accounting systems transformation requirements with all business owners.
Re-engineer business processes to digitize and automate business processes.
Conduct UAT sessions with the business owners.
Aramex invoicing center daily support and month end closing support and requirements.
Communicate project plan and execution schedules.
Ensure project progress is meeting the quality standards.
Ensure the projects progress and performance are meeting deadlines.
Handles escalations and conflicts between project team (business owners and IT) and the rest of the business.
Test all the changes performed by IT and ensure everything is as per the business initial requirements.
Work on all business transformation projects related to finance and SAP, focus on measurable benefits and ensure value realization of all projects.
Monitor system accuracy for correct revenue recognition without duplicates and ensure proper FAT processing.
