Delivery Hero is offering a job opportunity as the Head of Logistics to join the team in Dubai, UAE for 2020.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversees all daily logistics related operations.
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
Leads communication with external suppliers.
Reviews external provider invoice.
Supervise, coach city/hub managers.
Oversees and ensures proper restaurant set up.
Set up processes, polices and tools for safety / compliance.
Help with coordination & implementation marketing campaigns and activities across all entities’ brands.
Coordinate with regional teams on zone setup and special projects.
Responsible for country’s rider experience and satisfaction score.
Managing of groceries & pickers performance.
Cost-consciousness to have more of a P&L ownership.
Customer NPS - to really drive and own on the customer side.
Alternative Delivery Methods (bicycle, e-scooter, drone and etc) to support various TB business (dark stores, cloud kitchens and food delivery).
Comfortable with Key Restaurant Partner Communications / Meetings - as sometimes it will be required to meet Key Partners from time to time.
Planning / Modelling / Execution of Talabat's New Business Lines and Products to create more of a startup environment.
Demand Planning for Marketing Activities.
Marketing Activities through Talabat fleet.
Rider NPS- to focus and also care about driver conditions.
