QPR Bulgaria is looking for a full time enthusiastic human resources trainee for 6 months.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
Handle administrative duties and record keeping.
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire.
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.

Funding:

An initial internship is fully covered by the company. Due to Covid-19 all company activities are performed remotely but if the situation change, the trainee can chose whether to keep working remotely or join the company on site.
You will have a financial compensation.

Erasmus intern is part of STORY project which is a project by the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). ESN is a non-profit international student organization whose mission is to represent international students by providing opportunities for cultural understanding and self-development under the principle of students helping students. ESN has more than 13.000 members in local sections all over Europe working on a volunteer base together with higher education institutions and offering services to 180.000 students per year.
