  10. Lives and breathes automation and DevOps.
  11. The ability to market the automation services and solutions, ready to customize use case and provide proof of concept.
  12. ELK (Big data).
  13. BMC technologies.
  14. Hands on experience in Gitlab, Jenkins & Ansible.
  15. Cloud expert services.
  16. Multi-cloud solutions.
  17. Flexible storage / backup.
  18. University degree in computer sciences or telecommunications or similar field.
  19. Minimum of 8 years of experience in mastering cloud computing technologies.
  20. Good knowledge of orange engineering environment.
  21. Good knowledge of OCB services and offers.
  22. Excellent command of English is must and French is a plus.
  23. ITIL foundation certification which is a plus.
  24. Agile methodology practitioner which is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  • Lead and coach a team of SME & engineers to deliver automation solutions for the global business.
  • Daily tasks follow-up with the team and ensuring the quality of the deliverables.
  • The communication with the stakeholders to ensure the solution delivery.
  • The operational tasks & tickets follow up till closure.
  • Help raise the bar for the team by contributing to best practices, automation, documentation, and hiring.
  • Support engineering excellence and make measurable improvements to the use case processes.
  • Take full ownership of architecture and solution design across multiple projects and internal clients.
  • Acting as main point of contact for technical validations, escalations & critical issues.
  • Contribute to the automation technical skill center to prepare and present knowledge shares to upskill the team members.
