Bbibilomania for publishing and distribution announced the opening of the 2020 Bbibilomania Competition for Arabic Novel (BCAN) and is now receiving submissions of literary novels.

Prizes:

Competition prizes are divided into the first three places as follows:

First place: a prize of five thousand Egyptian pounds, in addition to publishing and distributing the novel in fifteen countries around the world, as well as participating in all international exhibitions in which the company participates in.
Second place: publishing and distributing the second place winning novel in fifteen countries around the world, as well as participating in all international exhibitions in which the company participates in.
Third place: publishing and distributing the third place winning novel in ten countries around the world, as well as participating in all international exhibitions in which the company participates in.

Terms and Conditions:

The number of the novel's words should not be less than fifteen thousand words (15,000) and not more than sixty thousand words (60,000).
The work must not have been published on paper before, and it may be published electronically, provided that only the author is the owner of all electronic copyright and the publishing company or institution did not participate in it.
The participating novel must be fully or partially revised and linguistically audited, and this will be taken into consideration if more than one work is equal in points.
The author of the winning novel, after the announcement of the result, is obliged to hand over the novel's file after the necessary review and complete proofreading. The publishing company is committed to coordinating and extracting the filing and international digit ISBN numbers, as well as the cover design and other matters related to the novel, both preparation and direction.
Any work which the required documents have not been submitted with, will not be considered, and all documents must be submitted in one email.
The decisions of the committees about the works are final, but grievances are accepted, provided that they are decided upon within a maximum of two weeks from the date of submitting the works via email.
All the novels participating in the competition are presented to the relevant committees for decision in three stages, which are announced periodically according to the time allotted for each stage by a committee chosen by Bbibilomania.
