Amaris offers an internship as a chief of staff - strategic advisor in Tunisia.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Master’s degree in management or a related field from a business/ engineering school.
  • 6 months to 2 years of successful experience in project management / business development / department transformation/ change management.
  • Be fluent in English & French.
  • Proficiency with XLS/PPT.
  • Previous experience with direct contact with CEO/COO/HODs is desirable.
  • Great ability to synthesize and analyse
  • Great spoken and written communication skills.
  • Great organization skills and prioritization skills..
  • Be a trustworthy person as you will deal with confidential topics

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of draft and ease the decision-making at different committee levels, by:

  1. Define different key milestones with the EXCOM/CEO/head of department.
  2. Set up and summarize the different tools which will assist decision-making.
  3. Follow up on decisions taken.
  4. Handle and set up the group’s strategic projects like employer branding/reputation/start up incubation program/analysis & reporting/ talent management/digital acquisition(candidates & clients)/ assist in the corporate development of the WEMEAN brand internationally/learning management.
  5. Work on important internal projects related to various departments like talent acquisition/ /marketing/business.
  6. Provide analysis and recommendations to the /EXCOM/CEO/HODs on strategical, organizational & operational aspects.
