USAIDs Leaders Advancing Democracy (LEAD) Mongolia Program is a five-year initiative helping to build the next generation of democracy champions across Mongolia. The program has the following goals
As an international LEAD Alliance Fellow, participants will be united with the regions most inspiring and motivating democracy champions and engage with them in a variety of ways: through webinars, mentorship programs, and other networking events including the international LEAD Alliance 2021 summit. Participants will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with peer mentor Mongolian emerging leaders and jointly apply for a small grant to put their vision for change into practice.
