Al-Hussein Technical University announced the Abdullah II Scholarship for Technical Education, as the university will offer 50 scholarships in the fields of computer science and computer information for the intermediate university degree (informatics technology), and the grants will be distributed to all governorates.

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant must be of Jordanian nationality and his age upon admission to the university is not more than (22) years.
He must have the highest grades in high school in his governorate among the applicants for the scholarship, and his average is not less than (60% scientific or industrial, or it's equivalent in other scientific certificates).
The applicant must not have graduated from any other university or college, or still in university study.
The applicant must fill out the application form for this scholarship electronically on the official website of Al Hussein Technical University, (
www.htu.edu.jo/scholarships), supported by all required documents, starting 08/10/2020.
The applicant must pass the entrance examination to be held by Al-Hussein Technical University later.

Scholarship Coverage:

The scholarship covers the entire tuition fee for a technical degree in the major (computer science) or (computer information), as the number of hours required to be studied and succeeded in graduation in either of these two majors is (105) credit hours.
The scholarship will cover the price of English language books and the student will get a laptop after his admission to Al-Hussein Technical University.

Scholarship Continuation Conditions:

The GPA is not less than {(2.8) out of (4)} at the end of each semester.
Full commitment to the regulations, instructions, and values of Al-Hussein Technical University.
The student does not face the penalty of first warning or higher.
Commitment to register at least a minimum of credit hours in each semester.
