Netflix offers a job opportunity in Netherlands to work as an inclusion recruiting programs manager in EMEA. The Netflix recruiting team helps to develop strategies to ensure inclusion and diversity. Due to the importance of this continued work and focus the inclusion recruiting programs team is hiring a program manager to focus specifically on inclusion and diversity recruitment efforts and help support the recruiters, researchers, recruiting leaders, & business leaders. 

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • A proven passion for inclusion and diversity and experience in working with organizations with members from underrepresented groups
  • Solid background in recruiting in EMEA and/or working experience with recruiting teams in EMEA.
  • Project management experience, ideally in the HR, recruiting or inclusion & diversity space.
  • Excellent EQ and an empathetic communication style that fosters connection, collaboration and confidence.
  • Confidence to rely on own judgment and discretion to work independently and take smart risks.
  • Self-starter and proactive about their work and determining new ideas for the team to explore.
  • Ability to embody the Netflix core values.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  1. Providing continuous support to TA to up level them in diversity recruiting.
  2. Assessing the team’s gaps/challenges  and creating continuous learning opportunities.
  3. Maintaining a centralized hub of resources.
  4. Partnering with talent Ops to assess relevant tools.
  5. Creating best practices.
  6. Being the liaison between TA and the Inclusion team with a goal of  alleviating blockers/challenges.
  7. Provide guidance that empowers TA to confidently strengthen their diversity recruiting muscle.
  8. Assessing conference sponsorship & attendance through a recruitment lens.
  9. Designing recruiting event strategies.
  10. Aligning with ERG efforts to engage potential candidates.
  11. Bridging the gap between conference/event attendee interest and TA and/or the business.
  12. Establishing and managing relationships with organizations traditionally serving underrepresented people groups.
  13. Assessing organizations & maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
  14. Curating opportunities for networking and engagement between the business and partner organization.
  15. Leveraging partnerships to access potential candidates that would have not otherwise been on the radar.
  16. Partnering with the emerging talent PM on engagement strategies for emerging talent.
