Aramex offers a job opportunity in Jordan to work as a corporate operations leader.

Eligibility:

You must have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in researching new technologies and staying up to date.
Ability to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
Ability to analyze current processes and improve them.
Statistical and analytical skills and tools.
From 4 to 6 years of operations experience in medium to large scale companies.
Operational experience on the ground implementing projects and managing people.
Preferably studied industrial engineering, supply chain or logistics.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent command of Microsoft office, Power BI and Visio.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

Perform operational assessments, lead discussions and decision making on new system changes/features and functionalities with different teams (CRM, CS, CX, eCommerce and Digital).
Operation system designs and requirements.
Operational process improvement through technologies and operational tools.
Automation of warehouse operations through sorters or semi sorters.
Initiate and monitor operations improvement projects and technologies.
Lead system requirements with the digital teams.
Identify & resolve repetitive service failures & human errors and facilitate continuous improvement at stations.
Help set new processes and procedures
Support and follow up with stations to improve their performance and enhance the processes
Perform data analysis to identify trends.
