P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Nutrition Advice Specialist to join the team in the United Kingdom for 2020-2021.

Responsibilities:

Provide an exemplary service to customers/enquirers seeking advice on health/product related issues across all Brands: Seven Seas, Nature’s Best and Lamberts.
Ensuring that Lamberts Healthcare SOP’s (Standard Work Practices) are adhered to when responding to QC (Quality control) and adverse complaints; that queries are resolved in a timely manner with complaints identified, logged and responded to within the correct time frame.
Responding to new and existing customer queries with reference to KPI’s.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and latest developments in nutrition, staying abreast of changes in the competitor landscape.
Assuring ongoing knowledge of compliance, so that responses to QC and adverse complaints are handled as effectively as possible, using approved SOP.
Delivering additional information/support in the form of literature and samples as required, to help drive customer loyalty, reviews and referrals.

Qualifications:

A degree in Nutrition (BSc).
Sound knowledge of nutrition.
Effective writing skills – accuracy, with good grammar and sentence structure.
Proficient communication skills and telephone manner - able to explain complex things simply.
Excellent interpersonal skills – active listening; team player, flexible and empathic.
