American Road’s 2020 “Don’t Change That Channel” Photography Contest celebrates the Golden Age of Classic Television. The magazine upcoming Winter 2020 issue explores filming locations of your favorite vintage TV shows and tracks down vehicles made famous on the small screens of yesterday. American Road wants to see the photographs of your own Happy Days or a snapshot in time when you took your own trip to a place like Mayberry or Green Acres or Fantasy Island—and found yourself viewing a classic! Send your best image and you could win $500 and have your photograph published in an upcoming issue of AMERICAN ROAD® magazine!
Photo entries must incorporate the theme and reflect a location/destination in the USA. What makes the shot special to you? Is it a landmark, an object, the people, the wildlife, the solitude, an event, or something else? How does your themed photo reflect the idea of road trip travel? There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit, but one entry form must be completed for each image submitted.
The Contest is open to those who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, and who do NOT reside in Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria.
