Electrolux offers a job opportunity in Thailand as an account executive. You will be responsible of sales performance (both sale in & sale out), merchandising, promotion, personal (recruitment, training, controlling), as set target and budget in responsible area/account.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant disciplines.
  • From 3 to 5 years of experiences in sales.
  • Strong communication ability (both written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy especially in MS office.
  • The required core competencies:
    • Self-awareness, positive attitude, growth mindset.
    • Sales planning, results oriented.
    • Communication, team collaboration, negotiation.
    • Adaptability, agility, resilience.
    • Critical thinking, decision making.
    • Leadership, coaching.
    • Understand business direction and market trend.
    • Willing to work hard, work smart and learning.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  1. Manage area/ account to achieve sales target.
  2. Keep looking for opportunities to expand business in area/account in responsibility.
  3. Direct and control promoter operation for the company‘s policies.
  4. Expand market size and market share in area/account of responsibility.
  5. Forecast monthly report in order to keep the right stock preparations.
  6. Have meeting with other departments for communicate sales problem, feedback and competitors activities.
  7. Keep responsible merchandising to reach brand image of company.
