The Smithsonian magazine has launched its 15th Annual Photo Contest that offers the chance to win a monetary prizes. A photograph must have been shot since January 1, 2015.
Contest categories: the natural world, travel, people, the American experience, altered images, mobile photos.
The contest offers participant the chance to win a grand prize of $2,500, along with six prizes, each prize of $500 per prize will be distributed to each winner in the first place for each of the six categories, and $500 prize for the winning image of the audience choice.
