Agility Logistics Parks is looking for a qualified and talented Document Control Executive to join the team for a full-time job in Sulaibiya, Al Jahra Governorate in Kuwait for 2019-2020. Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the control of numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects, or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Control documents related to quotations, contracts, variation order, and drawings for all projects in Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, KSA, and Ghana.
- Keep final copy of signed contracts, signed variation orders, monthly progress meetings, final approved drawings (uploaded to the central archive), and as-built drawings.
- Keep track of important project documents for the construction project process line including design documents, tender documents and contracts, and construction documents.
- Create document log reports to track submissions, and keep documentation safe and backed up.
- Document soft copy and hard copy of all authority approvals including drawings.
- Update and track the consulting and contractor submittals log.
- Handle the internal distribution of documents to the stakeholders according to a pre-agreed matrix.
- Register the provided document for detail engineering or construction engineering project, including in-house generated document
- Convert paper documents to electronic format for archiving through the Document Management System, in accordance with approved filing structure.
Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; records management degree or certification an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of records management policies and procedures on documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery
- Basic understanding of various engineering/contract documentation
- Computer proficiency – MS Office, database management, document imaging, e-filing
- Organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
