Zain Jo is seeking to hire a Communication Officer to work as a full-time employee in its headquarter in Amman, Jordan.

The applicant will deal with different types of customer communications through various communication channels such as phone calls, text messages, social media, etc., in a professional manner, adhering to the required policies and procedures, quality of service required, ensuring KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction, In addition to the necessary procedures to provide customers with complete and correct answers to their inquiries, solve their problems and address their complaints.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with different types of customer communications through incoming calls, outgoing calls, messages, multimedia channels and / or other interaction methods in a professional and joyful manner while adhering to quality standards and service levels to maintain customer satisfaction.
2. Enhance and maintain the image and identity of strong and positive companies during interactions with customers.
3. Facilitate Zain's interaction with its customers by answering customer inquiries and solving their problems through understandable guidelines, recommending appropriate solutions, and proposing adequate enlightenment in a timely and effective manner.
4. Have a good understanding and awareness of customer queries, conflicts, perceptions, concerns and suggestions by obtaining efficient and efficient correspondence with customers without compromising on Zain's policies, standards and procedures.
5. Communicate and transfer correspondence to the parties concerned in order to solve and follow up customer inquiries and disputes by following the relevant policies and procedures.
6. Conduct multi-purpose campaigns such as research, customer satisfaction, retention ... etc, with the aim of enhancing customer experience and loyalty to Zain.
7. Participate in the training of newly recruited customer service consultants, provide them with guidance and awareness regarding the policies, standards and procedures of Zain in general and the customer service center in particular, as well as advise them on the level of quality of service that should be followed to achieve high-performance results.
8. Promote Zain's current and new offerings, products and services by approaching customers in a professional manner, gaining their interest, and recognizing their preferences and necessities in order to provide them with the right offers that suit their needs.
9. Perform other duties related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor.

Eligibility criteria:

You will be required to obtain a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
