AIESEC offers a paid volunteer program in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, as a Business Development Manager, with the responsibility of identifying rising business opportunities and building long-term relationships with prospects that are needed in order to increase company revenue and maximize profits.

Duration and Working Hours:

A volunteer will work for 52 weeks, from 8 am to 06:00 pm, not on weekends.

Eligibility:

All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Masters or Doctorate Degree in Business Administration.
French and English proficiency.

Volunteer Duties:

Rely on knowledge theory and hands-on approach.
Evaluate the current performance of the business, and find ways to help the business reach its full potential.
Manage conflicts and navigate through office politics in order to achieve set goals.
Know when to compromise and when to take a stand In order to persuade their prospects to do what needs to be done.
Set goals, plan and manage projects, manage the risks involved, and calculate budgets cost.

Benefits:

Monthly Salary of 254 USD per month.
