The incumbent will do the following duties

Qualifications

The candidate should meet the given criteria

Education

Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in human resources management, business or public administration, law, social sciences, education or related area. Additionally the organization may accept first-level university degree in combination with two years of qualifying experience in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Work Experience

A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management or related area, including at least five years of experience in leading diversity and inclusion efforts in an international setting is required.

Likewise, experience innovating in the development and implementation of multi-dimensional diversity programs, strategies or policies

Also, experience in change management

Languages

English and French are the working languages of the United Nations. For the post, candidates must have fluency in English. Knowledge of French is desirable. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
