Institution: National Catholic Committee on Scouting
Purpose: To help scouts in a Boy Scouts of America program with their college education.
Eligibility: Applicants must be practicing Catholics and full-time high school seniors who hold a leadership role in their scouting unit and are actively involved with a Scout Troop, Varsity Scout Team, Venturing Crew or Sea Scout Ship. Students must have provided service to their community, school, scouting and home parish and earned the Ad Altare Dei, Pope Pius XII Religious Award or Light is Life (Eastern Rite) Religious Emblem. Applicants must also have earned the Eagle Scout, Summit Award or Quartermaster Award.
