Institution: Arkansas Department of Higher Education
Purpose: To assist outstanding Arkansas high school graduates to encourage them to attend postsecondary schools in Arkansas.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Arkansas graduating high school seniors who will attend an Arkansas college or university. Selection is based on academic achievement, test scores and leadership. A minimum ACT score of 32, SAT score of 1410 or 3.5 GPA in academic courses is required.
