Purpose: To support students from Bay County who have an interested in pursuing an education in fine arts.
Eligibility: Applicants must submit a FAFSA proving financial need and demonstrate an dedication to obtain a degree in fine arts especially public TV or radio. Students must submit two letters of recommendation, a current transcript, a personal essay and an acceptable portrait photo as a JPEG or PNG along with their application.
