Institution: Phelps County Community Foundation
Purpose: To support graduates or graduating seniors of Bertrand High School (Nebraska) who wish to earn a post-secondary degree.
Eligibility: Applicants must be attending or planning to attend full-time an accredited, tax-exempt two- or four-year educational institution, working toward a terminal degree in any field and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. To renew the award (up to three years), students must submit annual transcripts verifying maintenance of the minimum GPA.
