Mirage Digital is currently looking for Receptionist\ Administrator to join the company team in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face inquiries and signing in visitors.
- Provide general clerical/admin support e.g. photocopying, filing, complete standard forms.
- Dealing with e-mail and forwarding relevant e-mails as necessary
- Assist in the maintenance of management information systems, computerize records and information.
- Managing Management Calendar & Book meetings when required
- Prepare Tender documents & forms
- Handling the company registration on the government entities
- Produce lists/information/data as required for Sales Team
- Undertake word-processing and other IT-based tasks
- Undertake routine administrative procedures
- Assist in the smooth and effective running of the Front of House on a day by day basis.
- Support general administration when necessary.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
- Prepare proposals / presentations / meeting itineraries.
Required Skills:
- Efficient in writing skills both English and Arabic.
- Advanced Microsoft user / preferably Mac
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in administrative and clerical support.
