BiFTec adopts a transversal and multidisciplinary approach to a broad range of topics related to the 4S pillars Science (Food Science & Engineering Technology), Sustainability (Sustainable Food Product & Food Process Design), Safety (Food Safety & Quality), and Simulation (Computational Food Science & Technology).
