P&G is looking for associate sales manager as well as a sales unit manager in Morocco. In this positions, You will be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives and by enabling your team to deliver on these plans. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets. Whilst building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A to Z. You'll need to reinforce trust, team spirit, and a culture for winning and leadership within your customer team.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree with 0–3 years of meaningful sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred) for associate sales manager job and from 2 to 5 years of meaningful sales experience for sales unit manager.
- Have leadership skills and be passionate to achieve the goals, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.
- Have an external focus and a real passion for sales and marketing.
- Like to bring creativity and innovation to your work.
- Strong analytical thinking and skills.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible of:
- Develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with your customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market.
- Adapt and optimize country commercial guidelines to the specific client.
- Negotiate contracts, promo plans and innovations.
- Prepare volume forecast and plans.
- Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments.
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
