Aramex offers a job opportunity as a Key Account Executive to join the team and work in Cairo, Egypt for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers.
  2. Gain new customers
  3. Coordinate with operations / CS to satisfy customers’ needs.
  4. Report competitor’s activities to the sales manager.
  5. Insure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts)
  6. Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies.
  7. Reporting any information that might impact company image, brand or functioning.
  8. Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives.
  9. Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
  10. Fulfill the customer’s needs and ensure high quality of service delivery.
  11. Visit customers in their assigned (geographical) areas.
  12. Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers.
  13. Keep record of customer visits and update the CRM system regularly.
  14. Gain new business.
  15. Prepare proposal and quotations to customers.
  16. Promote Aramex service to customers.
  17. Promote the use of e-tools.
  18. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system.
  19. Create and update regularly a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients.
  20. Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time.
  21. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies and standards.
  22. Achieve set targets and productivity KPIs.
  23. Achieve ACP targets where applicable.
  24. Generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
  25. Generate revenue from cross selling and upselling.
  26. Ensure that overdue collections and problematic cases are resolved with the customers in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree Holder( Logistics/ Supply chain).
  2. Fluent English & Arabic Language.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills.
  4. Excellent Problem Solving Skills.
  5. Team Player.
  6. Leadership.
  7. Sales Freight Experience  (3-5 Years) is a Must.
  8. Owns a Car.
