Institution: United Breast Cancer Foundation
Purpose: To support students of single-parent homes who are pursuing a college education.
Eligibility: Applicants must have lost a parent due to breast cancer and as such be from a single-parent home. All students applying will receive assistance from the UBCF.

How to Apply: Applications are available online. A complete application form, an essay, a pay-it-forward contribution of $50 to UBCF, transcripts, SAT/ACT scores, a resume, a certificate of death of the parent lost to breast cancer, two letters of recommendation, school invoices, two current pay stubs and a copy of the tax return for the financially responsible person are required.
