Purpose: To support students in the State of Illinois who are dependents of veterans.
Eligibility: Applicants must be dependents of veterans who reside in the State of Illinois at the time of entry into Active duty and who meet one of five criteria. Students must provide proof of registration or acceptance letter to college or university. Selection is based on overall strength of application.
