Eligibility:

To be eligible to apply, you must also meet the entry requirements for Higher Degrees by Research at UQ.

Selection criteria:

Your application will be assessed on a competitive basis.

We take into account your:

  • previous academic record
  • publication record
  • honours and awards
  • employment history
  • eligibility for registration as a veterinary surgeon in Queensland.

Clinical experience and research interest in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia and awareness and appreciation of relevant veterinary knowledge about the discipline would be of benefit to someone working on this project.

Applicants will be ranked by a panel of at least three members of School on the basis of their application and short-listed candidates will be interviewed either in person or by telephone. The highest ranked qualified candidate will be chosen by consensus.
