Job Opportunities in Saudi Arabia: Assistant Media Manager at Chalhoub Group

The Chalhoub Group is looking for an Assistant Media Manager to be responsible for providing the agreed service at the company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a mix of multimedia and media coordination activities in the market with the responsibility of leading local account management, ensuring strategy coherence and integrating digital management in close collaboration with other front and middle office teams.

Basic Functions:
Client and project management:

  • Manage daily relationships with the client
  • Provide input and support to the development of strategy and guidelines
  • Work with global and regional teams to develop relevant local customer strategy guidelines

Support for comprehensive setup and delivery of the agreed service range to the client:

  • Collect and synthesize all input-related data and information
  • Aggregate presentation content that works under the guidance of the account manager
  • Make offers to the customer
  • Proactively support the preparation and delivery of media solutions and strategic guidelines

Manage the delivery of relevant projects while ensuring the best services to the customer class:

  • Oversee planning, implementation, improvement, reporting and billing
  • Manage budget and accuracy of reports and ensure access to financial and operational objectives
  • Ensure the best integration process including digital operations
  • Work closely with specialists or experts
  • Provide support and participation in new business areas

team management:

  • Managing executives
  • Oversee the team's workload and improve staffing to increase workforce efficiency and meet operational needs
  • He played an active role in mentoring and developing junior members of the team
  • Knowledge exchange through peer-to-peer initiatives


  • Good understanding of the role of communication strategy and planning across all media
  • Knowledge of media research tools, audience measurement data, competitive observation data and a good knowledge of how these tools are applied in graphic media
  • Understand and address all aspects of the media and digital landscape across multiple industries
  • Strong online and offline marketing or strong backlinks
  • Experience in preparing and presenting offers to clients and internally
  • Ability to communicate confidently with customers and having high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to lead a team of executives
  • Support for activity and openness to assume responsibilities
  • Openness to sharing experiences and knowledge
  • Ability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines
