As a Trainee agent at Zain Sudan, you will be asked to provide customers with fast, professional and accurate information and services in a single call to provide an appropriate experience with customers worldwide.
You will also be responsible for identifying the opportunities for pre-sale and mutual selling of customers by developing first-class customer relationships.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma degree.
2. Good understanding of mobile communication.

Required skills:

1. High communication and reporting skills (both spoken and written) in Arabic and English.
2. High skills and sophisticated use of IT-related packages including MS, Excel projects. Word, PowerPoint ... etc.
3. Self-confidence.
4. Adapt well to change and work under pressure with various transformations and working environments.
5. Conflict management and resolution skills.
6. Ability to work on the basis of transformation.
