AIESEC offers a volunteer opportunity in digital marketing. The opportunity will be with Peace House Travel & Event Management organization in Yangon, Myanmar. The volunteer's main responsibilities are to analyze and create strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. as well as developing and managing campaigns on social media and content creation using techniques such as SEO and PPC. The volunteer may contribute to such projects as performing market research and analysis, performing projects related to Sustainable Development for company and tourism sector.

Volunteer Duration:

6 weeks from 2 December 2019 to 13 January 2020.

Main Activities:

Developing and managing social media campaigns and content creation.
Develop and monitor strategies for paid search: Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.
Improve online channels such as website & social media through SEO, market research & A/B testing.
Develop strategies that attract more signups on the website, Facebook and Instagram.
Track and analyze social media metrics.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitors marketing efforts & startup ecosystem.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns related to organizational goals.
Perform Sustainable Development related projects based on the company' s contribution to the tourism sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

Holds a bachelor's degree.
Have a good background in marketing or in tourism and hotel management.
English language proficiency.

Working Hours:

Working hours from 9 to 05:00 pm, and no work on weekends.

The volunteer must obtain his own health insurance from his country before arriving in Myanmar.

Selection Process:

The estimated process time is 4 days.

CV screening and Assessment Interview with AIESEC (1 day).
Interview with Company (2 days).
Result Announcement (1 day).
