Responsibilities:

Reply & solve customers inquiries & issues through social media & email
Collect feedback from students to improve the experience of Arab students
Advise the product team on how to improve the learning experience for students in the Middle East
Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor degree.
Work experience (minimum 1 year).
Excited to help customers with day to day issues.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills.
