Cambly Inc. is offering a job opportunity as a Customer Success Specialist in Saudi Arabia. Cambly is a digital networking platform that allows students from all over the world to connect with native English speaking tutors.

Responsibilities:

  • Reply & solve customers inquiries & issues through social media & email
  • Collect feedback from students to improve the experience of Arab students
  • Advise the product team on how to improve the learning experience for students in the Middle East
  • Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Work experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Excited to help customers with day to day issues.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills.
