Sales Internship Opportunity at PG in Morocco

P&G is offering a Sales Internship Program in Morocco, as interns will be working in P&G Strategic Sales department, and get assignments in the areas of Key account management, Category management & Business Analysis.

Eligible Candidates:

  1. Currently studying towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with one of the following majors: Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant majors - graduating in less than 2 years.
  2. Born leaders and are hardworking to make things happen.
  3. Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing.
  4. Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work.
  5. Have strong analytical and thinking skills.
  6. Proficient in English.


  1. Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with a customer.
  2. Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  3. Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories, and markets.
  4. Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to their specific client.
  5. Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations.
  6. Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
  7. Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between the customer and the internal teams.


  1. P&G guarantees responsibilities from day 1 and ownership of at least one or two big projects.
  2. Managers will coach and ensure interns get a dedicated training program and many learning opportunities.
  3. Joining P&G dynamic Sales teams, and work closely with colleagues from other functions: Brand management, Supply Network Operations, and Finance.

  5. Being in charge of maintaining and fast-growing a long-term partnership with P&G customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, inter will develop a keen understanding of product categories and markets.
  6. Whilst building the plans, the intern will not only develop their negotiating and sales skills but also their financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
  7. The intern will be externally focused, on national key Customers, but also online retailers. He/she will get an understanding of the customer's and shoppers' needs. And will contribute to negotiations on prices, merchandising and promotions. 
  8. Being part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, passion for winning and leadership are very important.
  9. Intern will make commercial recommendations for a category of brands.
