Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
May help in payroll preparation when needed; provides documentation of employee absences, bonuses, and personal time. etc.
Assist in conducting on-boarding to include new employee orientation.
Oversee the processing of all employment paperwork to include applicable background screening and pre-employment testing.
Assisting in the creation of a work environment that reinforces the fun and lively company culture.
Assisting the HR Team and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria for positions in our fulfillment center.
Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule in-person interviews.
Communicating with candidates throughout the interview process—from the initial call through final disposition.
Serving as a candidate advocate during the recruitment process while balancing the needs of the company to find the best fit for each open position.
Continuously seeking to identify and assess new recruitment sources and utilize effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
0 – 3 Years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
