Job Opportunity in Germany at Delivery Hero: Paid Social Specialist

Delivery Hero is looking for Paid Social Specialist to join its marketing team and support all Delivery Hero brands with advertising strategy, technical implementation, campaign optimization and product partnerships for social platforms. Delivery Hero’s talented teams work across performance marketing, customer-relationship management and branding to communicate with customers in the most effective and engaging way. Whether it’s a TV campaign full of tasty food, an influencer partnership or an innovative reactivation campaign, you should use your imagination and data to generate amazing results.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will support various Delivery Hero brands in performance marketing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
  2. You will manage and optimize campaigns for acquisition, activation, and retention (across web and app) and optimize towards defined KPIs.
  3. You will heavily support local country teams with advertising strategy (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.), innovation adoption (support with new products), ad-hoc troubleshooting, tracking, etc.
  4. You will attend bi-weekly calls, prepare monthly and quarterly KPI reports delivered to key stakeholders.
  5. You will create regular performance checks and quarterly strategic reviews for all brands - analyze ongoing operations for key markets, identify opportunities and define action plans.
  6. You will establish, own and streamline various processes with Local Marketing teams - e.g. creative strategy & procurement.
  7. You will communicate regularly with account teams from Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter, to ensure the marketing goals are met and stay updated about innovative products.
  8. You will work closely with central and local design departments and handle creative briefings.

Requirements:

  1. You have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Facebook & Instagram (Twitter and Snapchat is a plus).
  2. You have experience working with and optimizing Facebook (bidding, targeting and audience management) as well as troubleshooting tracking setup for both apps and web.
  3. You have tested a variety of ad formats (Newsfeed + RHS, Carousel, Canvas, DPA, etc) on paid social channels.
  4. You know how to plan, set up and complete significant A/B tests with clear applicable results.
  5. You have an operational understanding of tracking and analytical tools.
  6. You can manage several projects from start to end, across several stakeholders with varying levels of involvement.
  7. You thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and are quick to adapt to changes.
  8. You are a great communicator with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
  9. You are highly proactive, well-organized, analytical and have excellent Excel skills.
  10. You are fluent in English (written & spoken), more languages are a plus.
