AIESEC is offering a UX Design Internship in Hanover, Germany. Join this internship in the heart of Hanover to help in creating innovative digital products in the field of commercial mobility solutions and work in an interdisciplinary team to provide a seamless user experience for AIESEC’s customers and get 1300 EUR per month.

About the Internship:-

AIESEC is passionate about user-centered design and puts the needs of its customers first. Its main project is the fleet management system. For this, AIESEC needs you to support its team of researchers, UX and UI designers in their daily work.

Activities and Responsibilities:-

Create concepts such as user flows and customer journeys.
Create prototypes and click-dummies for user-testing.
Conduct usability tests and user research.
Create wireframes and user-interfaces.
Be a major part of design discussions, meeting developers’ needs and general requirements.

Requirements:-

You should be an open-minded, motivated, flexible and well-organized intern.
Ideally you have experience in the following competences: Human Centered Design Processes and experience with UX Design, Journey Mapping // Sketch, InVision.
You need to be enrolled as a student or in a gap year (no longer than a year) during the internship.
Experience in the activities mentioned above are criteria set for selection.
All students enrolled in university or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master are able to apply.You cannot apply if you already have your Master’s degree.

Benefits:-

You will get 1300 EUR per month.
Accommodation and food are provided but not covered.

Conditions:-

Visa:
- For EU candidates you will not need a visa and work permit. For candidates outside EU AIESEC will apply for your work permit in Germany and you will have to apply by yourself to an internship Visa in your home country.
- The visa has a duration of 6 month.
Health Insurance:
- For Germany, you need health and accident insurance. You will need a health insurance for at least the first month already in order to get your Visa. AIESEC will recommend you fitting insurance options after your selection.
