Hosco is offering internship opportunity as a Front Office at Marivaux Hotel. The successful applicant will be responsible for making reservations (by phone, fax, e-mail), managing customer files, prepare work schedules and do all related works.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and register (check-in)
Organise departures (check-out)
Manage customer files (room-rack)
Check invoices
Manage client accounts
Provide information to guests
Use of various telecommunications
Check vouchers (travel agencies)
Make reservations (by phone, fax, e-mail)
Participate in the development of forecasting occupancy
Prepare work schedules
Use of Fidelio computer system

Eligibility Criteria:

Very good language skills : english, french...
Knowledge of computer science & of the hospitality related software
Comfortable with numbers
Customers and commercial leaning behavior
Perfect appearance
General Knowledge
