Erasmus Intern is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join the team for 2 months in Sense Experiential, an award-winning global brand experience agency in London, the United Kingdom for 2020.

Responsibilities:

Define clear job profiles and descriptions for posting to recruitment websites.
Screen potential candidates before bringing them in for in-person interviews with team members.
Negotiate to start salary and benefits after the job has been offered.
Work with senior management to budget for open positions.
Handle internal job hiring if employees would like to move to a new department or brand.

Qualifications:

Languages: English Independent User B1
Level of Studies: Bachelor
