Department of Biology, Faculty of Science at the University of Copenhagen calls applications for up to two PhD Fellowship in protein science commencing 01.10. 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The position is available for a 3-year period. One project will focus on charge and charge patches in disordered regions in transcription factors and the other on disordered proteins interacting with large DNA clamps, such as proliferating cell nuclear antigens and the beta-clamp. The latter project is part of the TAMiR initiative (Targeting AMR by inhibition of bacterial stress responses) funded by Trond Mohn Stiftelsen and involves collaborations with researchers in Norway.
