UN Volunteers platform is offering an online volunteer opportunity, as ARISE Impact is looking for 2 online volunteers to set up and manage crowdfunding campaign activities.

ARISE Impact is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2010, committed to transforming the learning process of visually challenged individuals through our innovative technology resources and aids. Our vision for innovative technology transformed into a mission to make a difference. At ARISE Impact, as a volunteer, your purpose is to transform the lives of people with disabilities by making useful self-learning possible. You get a lot of opportunities to develop and grow while you work with an elite team.

Volunteer duration and working hours:

6-10 hours per week for overall 20 weeks.

Eligibility criteria:

Experience running a minimum of 3-5 crowdfunding campaigns for non-profit organization (required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and social media savvy.
Ability to communicate in English.

Volunteer duties:

Taking ownership of crowdfunding activities from planning stages to execution.
Identifying the right crowdfunding platform for fundraising needs and acting as liaison between the crowdfunding platform and ARISE Impact.
Collaborating with fellow volunteers to arrange and collate content to be uploaded on the crowdfunding campaign.
Uploading content on the campaign page of the crowdfunding platform
Assisting and coordinating with the social media team in devising and executing marketing strategies for crowdfunding campaigns.
Conducting research on best practices in crowdfunding
