ACWA Power Company is offering an internship for Renewable Energy engineers. The internship is full time and will be held in Dubai, UAE with a monthly salary range of JOD 353 – 707. ACWA Power is a developer, investor, co-owner and operator of a portfolio of power generation and desalinated water production plants currently with presence in 10 countries including in the Middle East and North Africa, Southern Africa and Southeast Asia regions. ACWA Power is already known for its innovative plant configurations, high levels of fuel consumption efficiency, and competitive tariffs.

Responsibilities:

Handles assigned tasks in a timely manner and provide high quality, accurate deliverables.
Cooperates with other team members to contribute to the departmental projects and activities.
Participates in formal and informal training and actively seeks learning opportunities and on-the-job practice to enhance his/her development experience.
Liaises with internal colleagues and external parties and builds relationships to promote the department’s interests.
Reviews projects progress, systems and processes, identifies and raises issues and recommends solutions to simple problems.
Undertakes research on a variety of topics and issues, analyses information and drafts reports.
Maintains departmental and project documents and files and ensures information and data are accurate and up-to-date.
Attends regular meetings with immediate supervisor to discuss learning progress, feedback on performance and further development needs.

Requirements:

The applicant must be Studying in the final year of graduation or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree or studying towards a Master's Degree.
The applicant's study field must be related to Renewable Energy.
A maximum of 1-year experience is required.
