Al Futtaim is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team and work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for 2020.

Responsibilities:

Secure Paid Maintenance Projects.
Manage the maintenance teams and make continuous efforts to improve their efficiency.
Responsible for complete periodic maintenance and troubleshooting activities as per budgeted targets within the estimated cost and time.
Ensure timely execution of periodic maintenance works in accordance with the contract requirements.
Conduct survey at job sites to evaluate the condition of elevator/escalator prior to take over from installation.
Have thorough knowledge of the agreed contractual terms and its implementation.
In case of sub contracted employees, make sure to have proper QA/QC methods for safety, quality and on time maintenance.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department of the factories for trouble reports and related matters.
Ensure proper and adequate tools and tackles availability.
Arrange and conduct Technical Instruction Program on regular basis.
Check closely and monitor Technician’s activities as to work schedules and quality of work.
Coordinate with building owners of their representatives and maintain a good relationship with them.
Responsible of recording and issuance of tools/equipment and spare parts required for the projects. Make timely requisitions to keep sufficient amount of spare parts required for the projects.
Work in coordination with manager to achieve the target set for spare parts sales.
Recommend special service and the replacement of spare parts with the client.
Maintain trouble call and maintenance service documentation and prepare monthly divisional reports.
Obtain certification for work done to facilitate collection of receivables.
Responsible for payment applications, obtain payment certifications and collection of payment on time as per contractual conditions.
Responsible for quality and safety. Review actions taken on quality improvement and safety procedures.
Maintain cordial industrial/human relation by constant interaction and motivation with front line personnel.
Accountable for determining, implementing and continuous monitoring of QHSE and asset management system aspects in his activities and areas of work.
Proactive approach for implementing QHSE and asset management procedure and guidelines.
Report all QHSE and asset management incidents immediately and take necessary precautions to avoid reoccurrence.
Report to the higher management on the performance of the management systems and include recommendations for improvement.
Any other works assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Nationals of KSA.
You will hold a degree in Engineering or business.
You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You will have ability to speak in English in multinational environment.
Have a high level of PC Competency/Computer Knowledge and presentation skills.
You will have ability to read drawings.
